Okay, here's a question: is it normal ba na when people post jobs for graphic designers, e yung hinihinging qualifications is "must have php/html/xml/perl/java/ekek and eklat skills"? Bakit ganun? Hindi ba programmer yung hinahanap nila instead of graphic designer? At the very least, web designer?
Yung key word nga is graphic diba? The need for illustration skills, I'll understand, pero web programming? Mali yung job description right?

I get it if they'll post for desktop publishers. Pero kahit yung mga jobs na ganun, gusto pa rin nila ng web programming skills. High end pa ha. Taenang yan. Nakakapikon.
